The Center for Workplace Development
The Center for Workplace Development (CWD) provides a wide variety of courses aimed at helping build practical skills that can help you in your current role and support your long-term career development. See the current list of available courses. Topics include:

The Harvard Training Portal
The Harvard Training Portal tracks all your training history, and offers resources including:

Tuition Assistance Program
Harvard encourages staff to continue to pursue learning by helping to cover the cost of undergraduate or graduate courses using:
- Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) for Harvard classes
- Tuition Reimbursement Program (TRP) for classes at other accredited schools

Professional Development
All staff members are encouraged to pursue professional development activities to increase their job skills and knowledge for their current positions as well as their longer-term careers. Professional development activities can include conferences, seminars, and research trips. See the Professional Development page for information on policies and applications.
