Add an AWS account to Harvard Consolidated Billing

Faculty or research groups with their own AWS accounts can save money by adding their account to the Harvard AWS Consolidated Billing program.

By joining this program you will receive a discount on your AWS bill of up to 10%. You will also receive the benefit of the Harvard-negotiated data egress waiver, meaning that data exiting AWS to the internet will be at no cost.

When joining this program, you will need to provide HUIT with a payment method (usually a 33-digit billing code). HUIT will then bill you directly for any AWS charges you incur.
