The REEF Makerspace (Reimagining Experiential Education & Fabrication) empowers Harvard University students, staff, and faculty to innovate and explore with dedicated support and advanced resources. By integrating industry practice and emerging technologies, the REEF enhances user knowledge, fosters interdisciplinary research, and supports entrepreneurial endeavors. We are committed to nurturing a culture of curiosity, creativity, and collaboration across the university.

The REEF team consists of Managers Joe Kile and Jeff Blitt, as well as the Aris Demetrios Maker Fellows. Maker Fellows include graduate and undergraduate students who actively contribute to the REEF by engaging in day-to-day task work and assisting the diverse community.

The REEF Makerspace is a unit of the Teaching and Learning group, which also oversees the Active Learning Labs and a set of instructional shops.

Check out the ACCESS tab to find out more on joining the community.
