Zeerak Ahmed, MDE '18 (Sabeen Sheikh)
Zeerak Ahmed, MDE '18, recently spoke with TIME magazine about Matnsaz, an iOS application he developed that offers a refined digital keyboard, autocorrect options and word suggestions in Urdu. Ahmed, part of the first graduating class for the Master in Design Engineering degree co-sponsored by the Harvard John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences and Graduate School of Design, began developing the app for his MDE thesis project, and launched it in 2022.
Ahmed has worked at Amazon since graduating Harvard, and is currently Head of Product Design for delivery stations and central operations.
