The complete 2007 list was announced on 11/28. Webb received his BS in CS and Mathematics from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. All 1-year, full-time MS candidates in Computer Science are eligible to be nominated as Siebel Scholars. Each Scholar receives a $25,000 award to defray tuition and expenses in the final year of his or her graduate studies.
